Mark R. Bell, otherwise known as “Tinker Bell“, is the owner-operator of MVP -Transport Ltd. He and his wife Jill are Alums from Colorado State University.
Mark’s undergraduate degree is in Business Administration – Management, and he holds a master’s degree from Antioch University, Seattle in Whole Systems Design. Mark currently is the president of the local non-profit Loving Haiti, and he has had careers in the high-tech industry, power generation business, and as a professional athlete. During his 53 years of driving, he’s learned what moves people and how to move people to their valued destinations.

Mercedes-Benz Luxury Sprinter Van 4×4
- Transport cost to pick-up client: $1.50 per mile (from Fort Collins Base Location)
- Base rate: $175/150* per hour for 4-6 passengers (3‑hour minimum)
- Base rate: $205/175* per hour for 7-9 passengers (3‑hour minimum)
- Airport flat rate (i.e., Fort Collins → DIA): $175/150* (4-6 pass); $205/175* (7-9 pass)
- Maximum 9 passengers
- Point‑to‑point pricing: $4.25/2.85* per mile + $.15 per/minute ($ 50.0 minimum)
- Full day or multiple days pricing – call for a quote

Transport cost to pick-up client: $1.50 per mile (from Fort Collins Base Location)
- Base rate: $115/90* per hour (3‑hour minimum)
- Airport flat rate (i.e. Fort Collins → DIA): $115/90*
- Maximum 3 passengers (trunk luggage capacity only for 2 passengers)
- Point‑to‑point pricing: $3.25/2.15* per mile + $.10 per minute ($ 25.0 minimum)

POTENTIAL ADD ONS – Surcharges & Fees
- Cleaning/damage fee (minor): $25-$50 industry standard
- Cleaning/damage fee (major): $250 (+) excessive – beyond normal wear and tear
- Excessive wait time: (beyond 5 min. grace period) $1.50 per‑minute rate
- Extra stops: (dependent upon time & distance) $1.50 per‑minute &/or per mile rate
- Pets: $25 per pet (certified service animals exempt)
- Heavy traffic buffer:(dependent upon per/mile or point to point rates) TBD
- Inclement weather surcharge: $35
- Meet‑and‑greet inside terminal: $25
- Child seat: $15 (front/back facing and booster)
- Late‑night pickup: (11pm–6am): +15%
- Peak‑day surcharge (holidays, major events): +20%
- Parking & Toll Charges: TBD
Absolutely No Smoking or Vaping Policy!!!

EVENT PRICING MODEL
Event pricing can include a base rate per/hour, BRPH – minimum 3-hours (i.e., $115 per/hour) or point to point, P2P (Pick-up & Drop-off Only) – ($ per distance, i.e., $3.25 per/mile, plus $ per time i.e., $.10 per minute).
Event Types: Sports, Concerts, Conventions, Seminars, Life Celebrations: Weddings, Anniversaries, Birthdays, Graduations, Funerals; All Season Mountain Events, Retreats, Proms, Shopping Sprees, Movies, the Arts, Dining, etc.… Possible vehicle pricing examples are below:
- BMW: BRPH $115 @ 4 hours = $460 + Initial Pick-up: ($1.50 x 8 miles) = $12. Total = $472.
- Sprinter Van: BRPH $175/$205 @ 4 hours = $700 – $820 (dependent on # of people 4-9) + Initial Pick-up: ($1.50 x 8 miles) = $12. Total = $712 – $832.
- BMW: P2P (Pick-up & Drop-off Only) = $3.25 x 80 miles = $260 + ($.10/min x 120 min) $12=$272 + Initial Pick-up: ($1.50 x 8 miles) = $12. Total = $284
- Sprinter Van: P2P (Pick-up & Drop-off Only) = $4.25 x 80 miles = $340 + ($.15/min x 120 min) $18 =$358. + Initial Pick-up: ($1.50 x 8 miles) = $12. Total = $370.
